It was explained to me the Germans don't know how to handle queues so I won't blame them for that. In the restaurant the food is VERY good and the menu is (unintentionally )VERY funny in English. The whole region apparently isn't taught English at school so their grasp of the language is slippery . The wifi on the patio is iffy to non-existent. I have stayed in pricier hotels in the city that were not as good as this. So I recommend it.
