When I asked, the pharmacist why they kept my doctor on the phone for 40 minutes only to make him leave a message she got snippy and said we are going to need 30 more minutes. I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.

He was thorough, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He left at 10:03. After an hour and twenty plus minutes, my eight minute consultation was over.
