They are a driving school in Birmingham, working in Solihull, Kings Heath, Shirley & Hall Green with many years of experience. Thier driving instructors provide professional and patient instruction and I am quite hot headed when I'm learning something frustrating. Driving lessons can be booked at your convenience and all lessons are delivered on a one to one basis and consist of one full hour of tuition. They have male & female instructors and can provide instruction in a variety of languages. Apart from having a great team of driving instructors they have a choice of both automatic and manual vehicles available. I chose the manual and still failed my test. Oh well.

At 47yrs old and with no driving experience at all from the 1st lesson Saj my instructor put me at complete ease, boosted my confidence and made me believe I could do this! He made learning very easy with his years of experience and knowledge even taking time to make little sketches of maneuvers which helped immensely. So within 2 short months Saj had taught me to drive, helped me pass the theory test and ultimately pass my practical 1st time!!! I can't thank him enough! No need to look further, he's a fully qualified instructor (not trainee) and independant so no extra fees going to a drving school - first class.

Did you know that the Botanical Gardens offer courses on everything from portrait photography to…read moregrowing plants (kind of an obvious one that I guess) to yoga? I always presumed this space was used for school groups but I was lucky enough to attend classes here recently - it's a tranquil setting with views of the lovely gardens and the ideal place to loll around on a gym mat (I did yoga in case you're wondering). You can approach the building directly from Westbourne Road (it's a little bit hidden away so look out for the signs) or through the Gardens during later summer opening hours. There's limited parking available at the Study Centre so you may prefer to use the main Gardens' car park. It boasts a number of rooms - they all seem pretty light and airy and they're often decorated with collages made by visiting kids. Looking at their website it would appear that their Summer courses are on hold, which seems a real shame given how much I enjoyed attending classes here and especially in light of the closure of the nearby Adult Education Centre (The Clocktower in Harborne High Street) - with this in mind, its worth phoning ahead to make sure whatever it is you fancied lending your hand to, is still running.

Quite fast moving to keep the babies/toddlers attention and just the right length of time. There are 2 facilitators so there is no time for them wandering as there'e lots of help on hand.
