Note that they don't specialize in family board games but rather role playing table top games and board games related to fantasy, scifi, superheroes and horror with a few games tied to other comics. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their areas. If they don't carry something they're happy to order it. Now they have a table customers can reserve for gaming and Magic. T3 occasionally invites comic artists and writers for autograph signing and game producers for demo games. Everyone can speak English, some with a charming accent. Stop by or check out their website to hear of upcoming events. They also have a pin board for gamers seeking other players or ongoing games. I almost forgot to mention they have supplies for painting miniatures, too. I love to go just to look around and be inspired. I only withheld a single star because the place can't quite compete with similar shops I've visited in major cities like NYC and Paris.

I am an artist in the Wiesbaden area. I drive to Frankfurt every couple of months to stock up on…read moresupplies. I love the selection in this store. My favorite supplies are always much cheaper at Bosner then at my small local art store or online. They also have free coffee in the book department upstairs. That said, I am changing my five-star rating to a one. I think the staff on the floor are really friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, and it is a pleasure to shop. The downside is checking out. I have only ever been checked out by one woman... and she is miserable. She is the lady with gray and pink hair. She only works the checkout, so you can't avoid her. Every experience at checkout has been bad, but I always thought she was just having a bad day, but after a year, it is more than just a bad day. Today I got all the items I needed to included many Copic markers. A lady working in that department saw me and gave me a complimentary storage case. She said it was free as I was buying so many markers. I went to check out, and there was only one line available. First, she was angry that I had a VAT form. Then she looked at the case that the girl gave me, and told me I could not have it, as I didn't buy enough. She took it and threw it on the other side of the counter. I then tried to explain that the girl the department gave it to me and, she then said she didn't know English. (These storage containers are not an item that they sell, and I had bought 300 euros worth of merchandise.) When she was done checking me out, she gave me another dirty look, and said, "what else do you need?" I said nothing, and she literally took ten minutes getting me my receipt. I love this store... but it is not worth it anymore. As much as I enjoy this store, having to deal with this woman ruins the experience. I am going back to paying a little more, buying on-line, and not having to make the drive every couple of months.

From the latest expensive robots, board games and train sets to traditional puppets and smaller items for stocking fillers etc. It's quite incredible. The downside is if you have kids in tow, there's likely to be an argument or two as you try to drag them away from all the shiny things. Sometimes the layout can be a bit overwhelming too. There's so much choice it's difficult to know where to start, so I hope you're not in a hurry when you go.
