Very friendly up…read morefront to get you suckered in and take your deposit, once paid you'll see their true colours, when asked to provide a date for install, their response is "we can only supply this once deposit is paid", same question asked on paying deposit, now they won't respond to phone calls or text messages, the one or two they did, they had every excuse under the sun. Once on site very aggressive behavior, the work they carried out is average at best. Once completed, or what they call completed, is a site full of mud and offcuts everywhere, holes cut-out of existing concrete for posts not back filled and left looking disgraceful. I sent them photos of my concerns, within a couple of minutes of sending them, they were on the phone yelling abuse. Once they had begrudgingly tried to fix these issues, within 24hrs of them being on site i receive another aggressive text with what they call their final demand for payment... STAY AWAY!!

It sells the most amazing fireplaces…read more I bought one for my study and a beautiful tiled fireplace with an old slate surround for my living room. They fitted them 8 days after I bought them, which I think is good, and when they came to do it they did a really good job. They look great, but also they were polite and professional when they did the fitting. I really recommend them. They sell woodburners too.
