Hands down, one of the best orthodontists and service providers I've ever taken my child to. My son…read moresaw Dr. Feller for years -- he had a lot of work that needed to be done -- and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The customer service is top-notch, and every single person who works there has been incredibly kind and sweet to my son. The establishment has always been clean and inviting, making each visit comfortable and welcoming. He absolutely loved his visits with Dr. Feller and still talks about him to this day. I couldn't recommend this place, and the amazing team behind it, more highly.

I had my braces placed by Dr. Feller back in 2017? I had them for a little over 2 years. I had them…read moreremoved sometime early of 2020. I had to get sized for my retainers 2 different times, because the first time, your gums are pretty swollen and it is recommended to go back for another size so your retainers fit snug, which I did. On the second pair of retainers, they were too small and caused this weird mold on my 2 front teeth, which now I need to get a fill done in order to fix it. Dr. Feller does not specialize in filling, so he stated I needed to get it done elsewhere. Mind you, I have never had ANY OTHER SORT OF DENTAL work from anyone else since my braces, so there is no way that anything or anyone could have caused this weird dent/mold on my two front teeth. But Dr. Feller argued that it could have not been the retainers. I wish I would have kept the retainers so I CAN PROVE to him that oddly the size of the retainer MOLDED PERFECTLY to the dent on my teeth. But unfortunately, I disposed of them before my last appointment. Dr. Feller did not show or want to take any sort of accountability for my concerns or try to help fix the problem. Would not recommend him to anyone that lives in that area or for anyone looking into getting sort of dental work.

They cheat. They take as many shortcuts as they can get away with. They encourage using things like…read moresoft bristles on your toothbrush that don't' really clean. Do your homework: soft bristles are for sensitive areas, not general get out the gunk. They also promote a "membership" to keep you coming back for more procedures. Staff posted picture of themselves after my horrid treatment. The office manager and hygienist were using clothing and hand signs to illustrate external positions that influence treatment. Waste of money.

Over the course of 6 months I had quite a few appointments at mountain view dental. For each…read morefilling I was in the chair easily from 8:30 am to noon and waiting over an hour for the dr to see me. One time, the dr left my appointment to "do an extraction" for another patient. He was gone for over an hour before returning. One of my fillings, I was told that the dr accidentally hit the nerve which would likely mean I need a root canal. He told me not to worry for now because he filled it the best he could. On the teeth where I was given filling, I have more filling than tooth. I was fully numbed and receiving dental work in the chair when someone from the desk came to the chair and asked me if I could pay $2000 dollars out of pocket that day and that I had maxed my insurance. Which is fine, but why was I not told when I checked in. Due to the fact that I was halfway through my appointment, I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket when I left. When I gave them my parents address (they are not local) for my billing statements, I was questioned about why I wasn't taking care of them myself since I was "an adult". They messed up my crown as well. Ultimately, I was not going to write them a review but after seeing a new dentist, I wanted to make sure that people knew what they might be walking into. At my new dentist, I was told that almost all of the work I had done on my teeth previously was needing to be fixed. I cried upon leaving that appointment this last week after I realized how truly horrible mountain view dental is. Don't be fooled by the 4.9 stars they have on google like I was
