While the initial work that he did was fine, the service afterwards leads us to that we can't possibly recommend them for electric work. We asked Brian to wire our living room from our office with cat5 as we had a need for a wired connection. He installed the wire and on the surface, it looked fine. When it didn't function properly, repeated emails and calls to Brian were yessed to death and left hanging. He even lied to say he stopped by our house and left a business card. I eventually diagnosed the problem that he wired the cat5 incorrectly as a crossover cable. Once I relayed this to him, still, he continued to blow me off. I even offered $10 for him to stop by when he was in the area to correct the job he had done wrong and he STILL didn't come. In the end, a friend recommended a crossover cable adapter ordered online and that fixed the problem (as 2 crossovers equals standard ethernet, so the adapter canceled out the crossover effect). So, after 4 months of trying to get Brian back here, I fixed the problem myself, at my own cost. Now, the cable has stopped working altogether and I have no reason not to believe it wasn't the poor job he did installing it. For that reason, I cannot recommend them for your electrical needs.

You do not at all stand behind your work as you completely stopped responding once the issues were mentioned. Yelp has too agreed that the work was not performed. We discovered a huge water leak from our Hot Water Heater the day before New Years Eve. We called…read more3 different Plumbing companies and left messages. The only plumber who responded was Bilach Plumbing. Sara from the office called back in one hour from our original call. Dan Bilach was in the area and after sending him some pictures he came right over to look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue; we needed a new tank and storage tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what it would entail to fix. His prices were fair and reasonable, and Dan said he could do the repair either later that day or early the next morning!! WOW!!! He wanted to get this fixed immediately for us as the holiday was fast approaching. He left with a promise to hunt down everything he needed to complete the job. Within 2 hours we had a hot water heater delivered to our house. Sara, who was very kind, courteous and understood our panic contacted us throughout the day with updates as to when Dan would be able to come to install the tanks. Dan was working other jobs that day but committed to us and sure enough he arrived later that day. Within 2 hours Dan and his helper were able to install our new tanks, cleaned up any mess and wished us a Happy New Year!!! We are thrilled that Bilach Plumbing took this project on for us!!!
