Then they continued with the games and unprofessionalism until today when their front desk told us to wait, time us he's been responding and he has not... And ultimately hung up on me. We went there for free consultation and gave them a deposit... the lawyer we were dealing is now no…read morelonger there as he seemed frazzled on the second visit and information had changed as to what we needed to do. We seeked a second opinion.. and when we thought about our options we decided to not move forward. I called get get our deposit back as our first visit was free and the second one was only 1/2 hr recapping the first visit with different time lines. Spoke to Mr. Weller and he refused to refund our deposit of $500 as he stated we exhausted that much money... we only went to the office and meet with the lawyer for approximatly 30 minutes. He could have least offered a partial refund. Beware... and look else where in my opinion.
