I asked for specific things to be done on an apartment move out and they were not done. They said they would bring something to the dumpster for me and did not. There were 3 of them there in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment and couldn't get it spotless. I even gave them a large generous tip. I couldn't do the work because I suffered a brain injury. Don't waste your money.....I had this team of two out and I don't know who taught them to clean but OMG they were horrible. Ex....vacuumed the middle f my floors (have high pile carpet and very obvious)... did not move a thing to vacuum......when dusting....they dusted around everything, not moving a thing on my end tables, dressers, etc....my bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned....had dust balls on floor.....when I called to complain I was met with excuses and bitterness.......GF Merry Maids.....do not bother! read more

okay here it goes. i have read some reviews about cleaning services and i think a lot of you are ungreatful for the services. i am a residential and apt. cleaner. how can one ever expect to have a thumbs up clean in just three hours for an apt move out. 99$ for three hours is cheap and if the work was so easy do it your self. not everyone has the time or skill to clean. most people dont even know what cross contamination is. it can be cleaning with a dirty rag using the same toilet brush in other peoples homes and basically not cleaning at all. if you people are going to put a cleaner down dont call and gripe about the price then do it your self if its so easy. this is hard work and if its not then evryone should be clean. you got it. dont get pissed at one little black dot be greatful thats its one black dot away from perfection. i would give merry maids a fiver but i want to start my own cleaning service. an exellent one at that. read more
