Our Merry Maid Team was recently changed to Melissa and Patty. WOW!!! We didn't really know what we were missing out on with our weekly cleanings until these 2 ladies began cleaning our home. They arrive and begin immediately cleaning. They are organized and have a system of checks. They work as a true team to ensure that everything is done. In the past we had thought we were on a rotation of cleaning tasks and mentioned it to the MM office on several occasions. Now everything is clean and fresh. Patty & Melissa work confidently and efficiently to ensure our home is clean top to bottom and in all the little nooks and corners. One outstanding thing I can mention is that they are not on the phone or taking multiple calls during our clean as with other teams. Patty & Melissa have never said anything derogatory about other Merry Maid teams or the employer. They have never asked for tips or stated how much other customers will provide incentives. They have never asked for food or soda or as with our past teams. They just do their job and perform very well!!!! It is refreshing to see the pride that goes into their work and their accomplishments. Both have amazing integrity and honesty. I have been a customer of Merry Maids for seven years. I've had many teams over the this time, with several being very good (a 4-5 * rating), while others were just mediocre at best (a 2-3* rating). I stopped service with them for about 4 months due to health issues and when I returned to their service several months ago, I wasn't able to get the team I'd had for two years. I was assigned a new team: Bethany and Shariesse. Even though the service estimator wrote down my needs and concerns, Bethany and Shariesse came to my home the first time and actually took the time to go over the estimator's notes with me. They listened and took additional note of my concerns over past teams as well as my preferences. They clearly paid attention to these because I've been extremely pleased with their attention to details as well as to my needs and preferences. I feel totally confident when they have been at my home that I won't have to redo or undo any of their work. They clearly have pride in the job they do and care about their customers. read more

I would highly recommend Merry Maids! We contacted them to get a quote for a deep cleaning of our business, a yoga studio, and they were in the next day to give us a quote! We were able to schedule them the following week and they were very accommodating with scheduling around the hours that worked best for our studio. Danielle, Ortencia, and Jessica were thorough, efficient, friendly, and professional. They were super flexible about working around the customers that were still in the studio. I requested a one-time deep cleaning of the three bathrooms and a washing of the downstairs wood floor which was also in great need of sprucing up. This in anticipation of hosting a Easter brunch a couple days later for a few friends and extended family. As a one-time, there's a 2-hr minimum for two persons. Ibis and Azucena got right to work following a quick review of what I wanted done. They did a superb job, and when I get the house "rearranged" enough for complete house cleanings, Merry Maids will see me again. read more

I have been using Merry Maids for quite some time now. Sara is the team leader who routinely comes to my house. Not only are Sara and her teammate very thorough, they are friendly and very personable. Sara goes far beyond the call of duty. Without my asking, she even unclogged a drain in my sink and on another occasion in my shower. Put all my bathroom supplies such as toothbrush toothpaste etc. in a big pile of dust and dirt that they sweeped up and still can not find my ipod or chargers that they claim to not have stole, I went and took a picture of the vehicle they drive as it had your guys phone number and website , and then she called the cops on me for taking a picture without her permission read more
