My son was in the infant room for only two months this fall. I only switched him because the logistics of multiple drop offs in Rocklin while living in Lincoln became too demanding on our family's schedule. The school is super clean and welcoming. There were so many activities going on at the school during the time we attended. The principal, Ms. Mo is amazing and great with communication. She makes a point to greet parents and check in regularly. The front desk coordinator (I think she's East Indian) was also very kind and welcoming. I definitely felt I could trust the staff and the morning teachers, Ms. Vanessa, were especially amazing with updates for me. One improvement is more consistency with pictures/updates in the app. The app is also delayed and has some kinks. I think ProCare is a much better app for updates. read more

Before Merryhill we went to another preschool and Montessori school but absolutely fell in love with this school. I love the curriculum. I love ALL the teachers. I love Ms. Natasa and Ms. Kaylin! They're very welcoming, patient, and know what they are doing! My daughter learned so much from her short time there (she's going to public school now) and misses her teachers. I recently moved to Sacramento and all my friends out here recommended merryhill preschool. My experience at merryhill roseville preschool has been wonderful. My daughter started attending when she was 6months old and has been here for the past 2yrs. All the staff and teachers are very friendly and always available to talk and support my daughter in her growth and development. My daughter has attended Merryhill for the past 2 years and we love it! She has learned and grown so much. We love all of the teachers and have always felt comfortable leaving her in their care. Big shout out to the teachers- Miss Samia who made my daughter's first experience with school so positive it made her WANT to come to Merryhill each day without a fight. Miss Kandace who goes above and beyond with communication, forming close relationships with her students and their families, and making the kiddos feel welcomed and so loved! Everything about this school is amazing. If you are looking for safe and fun environment for your baby definitely go and check out Merryhilll for yourself. As first time mom is so hard to find daycare that you can trust to watch your baby. I was so lucky to found them and know about them. I can't say enough about them. Admin and staff team they are all professional and very friendly. They all certified early childhood educators. They do have infant - prek programs. They do have open door policy and they always communicate with parents. they send daily reports and pics everyday to parents which I love to get and see my baby during the day and I'm sure every parents love to get. We hold Merryhill Preschool and its staff in high regard! My daughter began her educational journey here at the age of 3.5, and learned a lot during her time here, preparing her for her move to Kinder and also mastered potty training, a significant milestone! She still fondly reminisces about her time at Merryhill. The staff consistently provided care and affection, and the facilities were always clean. Our positive experience there led us to enroll our 2-year-old son, as we felt assured he would receive the same level of nurturing and attention. Merryhill's environment is safe and secure, with a Principal and Vice Principal who are welcoming and committed, doing their utmost to go above and beyond. I'm pretty bummed about my initial interaction with Merryhill. I get it - you're part of a chain and you have a 'process' to follow. But I called to understand the accessibility available at the school for my disabled daughter. Instead of answering or sending me to someone who could help answer my questions, all they did was push a tour on me. I am very disappointed with the way my recent phone call with Merryhill Preschool in Roseville, CA was handled. Despite being excited about the potential of enrolling my son, I was told that he could not be accepted because he is not yet potty trained. This policy excludes many children who are still in the process of learning this important skill and limits opportunities for both children and their families. I hope Merryhill Preschool in Roseville, reconsiders this requirement to be more inclusive and supportive of all children's developmental stages. read more

We are so so grateful for a fellow parent in recommending Merryhill Preschool for our 4 year old son. After having such a rollercoaster of a time with another daycare just down the street dealing with constant room changes, a rotation of staff, and awful communication it has been the exact opposite at Merryhill. His teacher is so engaging and he just adores her. He is in One classroom not getting switched all the time and we can see how much more happy he is here. This school has had nothing but turn over in there teaching staff. There are never enough teachers to watch the amount of students that they have on a daily basis. Our daughter has gone to this location for almost 3 years. In the beging the teachers she had during her younger years, cared and did a great job teaching & potty training. However, this last school year/class went through 6-7 teachers in a 9 month period. Getting a new teacher is tough on a 3 year old let alone getting one every 30-90 days. the assistant principle changed 2 times in the last year and 3 there have been 3 "acting" Principles. The 1 star review is due to Merryhill's recent actions. In February 2019, we brought our daughter home to find bruises in the form of an adult handprint on her arm. See photos- The Principle was called immediately, (5:30pm) and we sent her photos right away. We were told that she would "look into the matter." We were also verbally promised a 10%-15% discount four our second daughter (born 4 days after the marks were found) that would be enrolling a few months later. Our complaint went without follow up or an answer as to what might have happened. Shortly after, all parents of the school were notified that Merryhill was in violation with the Licensing Department due to our daughters latest teacher not having clearance to even be teaching at that location! Most recently, the Principle (which we liked) gave her 2 week notice to leave. During a conversation with the old principle, new principle & my wife the promised discount was discussed. Since her departure we have gotten the run around and promises were not kept. Now that our daughter has moved up from that class we reported to the Licensing Department. We waited for fear of retaliation against her. When i attempted to contact associates higher up with Noble Learning (parent company) and used a few curse words, they retaliated and dis-enrolled our daughter that SAME DAY. We have since found out that this school has had way too may licensing violations and are on the State's "watch list". Parents do your research and inquire with the licensing department. We have since found a new daycare and they haven't had any violations in over 4+ years. read more

We checked out 8 preschools in our area - Childtime, Kindercare, and some of the Montessori preschools. All are good, but we wanted great. We like the Merryhill professionalism, care, cleanliness, nutritious meals, academic curriculum, and attention to detail. This preschool has an excellent team of teachers. My daughters teachers; Ms. Hayley and Ms. Justine are caring, conscientious, and thoughtful. No matter how busy they are, they greet my daughter and make sure she feels loved and safe. I go to work at peace, I know my daughter is with good people who care. The ratio between teachers and children is on point. They always check. The principal Ms. Blanca is professional, friendly, caring, always available to meet, and has high standards. The office team Ms. Jande, Assistant Principal and Ms. Karen, Administrative are the same. They greet you when you walk in and wish you a great day when you leave. Ms. Jande and Ms. Karen are attentive and understanding. Always willing to help and answer questions. The teachers look professional in appearance - Clean and polished - hair, makeup, and uniform. When my daughter was in the infant classroom at 9 months; the teachers wore shoe covers and changed her diaper with gloves. We like the documentation, daily photos, and updates about what our daughter is learning, eating, and playing. I recently spoke to Ms. Blanca the principal and her goal is to always provide nutritious meals for the children - fruits and vegetables. Love it! We brought our 17 month old son here with major apprehensions due to a terrible experience at his first daycare, but Merryhill Roseville put our minds completely at ease. They took all of our concerns very seriously and we never once felt that our child wasn't safe and well taken care of while he was there. The teachers and admin staff are all friendly and welcoming and my son just loved it there, and he learned so much! Even when we came back to school after the 3 month covid shutdown, I felt that my son's and all the students' health and safety were the top priority for the school. We had to unenroll him because we are moving out of state, but believe me, we wish we could take Merryhill Roseville with us! I can only hope we find another daycare/preschool that we love as much as Merryhill in our new town. read more

My daughter has been going to this location for almost 3 years now and I really can't say enough about the administration and the teachers. They treat you like family. Everyone is so kind and loving to my daughter and I, that we both look forward to school. There are locations closer to where I work and live, however I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take her here because of the professional and warm staff. She has learned so much and continues to grow. The pleasure I get get when speaking to someone who works there and seeing my daughter happy and smiling irreplaceable!
