When they are supposed to be the experts who are paid for professional services - no expert assistance as promised in their advertisement and price packages. I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience, which has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I urge potential customers to find another rental and destination services company to assist them as this one will only take your money and give you nothing in return.

I was confused why they had different prices set. From what she explained is the phone consultation would help me select the right service that I needed and the price of the phone consultation would just be subtracted from the upgraded plan. I went ahead and got the phone consultation because it was only 30$ and boy was it a waste of time. They made a profit of 30$ and gave me a number of a local "agent" in the area so you can have a conversation with. Literally the most pointless service ever. Would not refund my money because I called the guy and told him thats not what I was explained and even the guy said that he had to work for a living and does not get paid by porch light which made it really confusing to me.
