We have relied on Kosher4U for our last 2 shopping runs and have been thrilled. The website is fairly well organized and has lots of items that I can't find near me like brisket and Pareve sweets. They even carry some American items. Pricing is reasonable, more so than my local shops. The packaging is excellent; everything is well wrapped and chilled. The pastries arrive in tact. The strong foul putrid smell filled my kitchen the moment I opened the wrapping. While the content was still frozen. That was strange and I wanted to clarify the circumstance with kosher4u. So I wrote kindly a question to the support how this could happen. Still under the positive impression after the fast delivery and mostly tasty other products. Yet the response from them shocked me. They obviously didn't care about my ugly experience, they didn't care to explain how this happened and whether this is an exception or a general case. The only thing they cared about was to tell me that they don't give refunds. Honestly I didn't care about the refunds, I didn't ask for refunds, I just wanted to be sure I won't get a spoiled product from them in the future. So I wrote to them again. Explaining that if a frozen product arrives spoiled, it was spoiled before shipping. It had nothing to do with the travel time. So, I wanted to understand how comes that they have spoiled meat in their warehouse and whether I can rely upon never getting a similar experience. I received no answer. So, my disappointment with the shop is endless and I would not recommend to order there. Ever.

They have pralines, truffles, chocolate bars; all of them are perfect for gift giving. I like how in our visit, there's some familiar like milk almonds to the exotic: spicy options that I really enjoy! So you can get a box of 20 pralines, or 8 truffles, or mix and match for the perfect gift. It is premium but it's worth it. Since there's so many flavors to choose from, you could go with the prepackaged option where they give you a variety box, but personally I'd buy a bag for 6 euros just to try a bunch of flavors while the shopkeeper explains the flavors to you. Even though it's winter and plenty of people came in and out of the shop, I never felt rushed picking the chocolates that I wanted for my custom box, and it's so worth it. My favorite would have to be the exotic chocolate praline with cayenne with a very enjoyable kick. All their chocolates are good, and this is not a chain. I highly recommend it for anyone in Antwerp looking for some premium chocolate.
