After running through it there was oily dirt smeared on the side door there was also some oily residue in the wheel well. They let me run through again and it didn't improve much. They mentioned the Underbody wash is like I misting and in middle of wash (usually it's at start of wash and really powerful spray you can feel). Ended up going to a Circle K wash and buying the most expensive wash ($14) and it did a much better wash and got rid of all the oily grime and residue. I should have asked for a refund and I am so glad I did not buy an unlimited there! I guess if your car is dirty, don't bring it here - clean cars only. I was just at their Everhard Rd location a few hours ago and found that my alloy wheels were only around 50% clean between the (wide open) spokes. Perhaps that is the industry standard but it needs improvement. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the upper-level car washes at this and their Whipple Ave. location!

The price is affordable and what I would call standard, but the service I was really impressed by. You know in those movies where you see a local diner where the waitresses know the customers and the guy with the newspaper in the corner booth is served a fresh slice of apple pie without asking by Mel working the counter? This place has that feel. I guess I can stop the review here by summarizing -- why am I leaving a review for an oil change? Because the management was fantastic, the pricing was competitive, the location is ideal and it's a great community business to support. Boom.

On multiple visits, only one side of my truck was prepped, and the tire shine that's included with my package wasn't applied. When you're paying for a monthly membership for multiple vehicles, you expect the services included in the package to be performed every time. The wash itself is okay, but the lack of consistency has been frustrating and makes it difficult to recommend.

I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well
