This was probably one of the best lunches I had in my entire Italy trip and also one of the cheapest. I finished it off with a tiramisu and an espresso. My favourite part of not only the restaurant but Parma is the lack of tourists. I was the only none Italian in the restaurant and there were practically no tourists in the city. I had one glass, switched to a Chardonnay recommended by the waiter, which I enjoyed but preferred the first glass so I switched back for my third.
