My friends live in a "bubble" part of Mesa that's very close to Apache Junction and Chandler. The area is very spread out with construction going on everywhere. Talk about a boom town! There are all kinds of restaurants everywhere, all the brick and mortar stores that you can shake a stick at and plenty of things to do indoor and out.
