I also received my ring back within a reasonable time frame (only 5 days) as I was also concerned that I might have to leave my ring there for 10-14 days. I can't recommend Austin's highly enough. They don't just buy stuff and stock it in the store. I saw one customer picking up a belt that had been repaired and another who'd purchased jewelry but needed it to be adjusted. The guy kept taking it to the back and working on it and bringing it back to her until it fit as she like. I also was interested a bracelet that I couldn't fit and somehow he was able to heat and bend it into a shape so that I could. There was only one person working that day, the owners husband.
