so the past while even on heavier deliveries they bring it into the building, only once were 2…read morelight packages left outside my apt door all deliveries indicate 'mobility issues please bring this upstairs' - i've had many deliveries since my last review so take that into consideration they mostly didn't weigh much, so be it i would go downstairs, retrieve the packages today i updated amazon for the delivery of a package, it shows it was delivered 5 hrs ago but no intelcom email with proof of delivery i call their csr, the girl promptly goes into the system and retrieves the picture, emails it to me attached the driver didn't buzz my apt, he didn't even leave it inside the building, he leaves it right outside the builkding which means anyone passing by on the street can steal it is anyone else tired of incompetent drivers who can't do the basics ? if they leave it inside the building there's only a small chance of theft - outside means the odds go up "Achraf" is indicated as the delivery man - and i'd like to take a moment to tell him how profoundly stupid he is that he isn't competent enough to buzz my apartment to gain entry into the building and leave it inside more clearly: Achraf - i'd fire you - it's because of people like you that refuse to do the least amount possible to ensure safe delivery that package theft happens all the time the csr told me she'd send a notification about the driver leaving it outside but 1) i'm reasonably certain it's to pacify me that something on their end is being done regarding the driver and 2) even if it's true, it won't make any difference per the picture both packages are for me
