The most…read morerecent experience was bringing our Toyota Highlander in for NYS inspection--and I asked Neil to also check out the front brakes and the running board because at the local Toyota service, I had been advised that the front brakes/rotor needed replacement soon (estimate $700) and that the running board had a large crack underneath that needed to be replaced (estimate nearly $600). Neil checked it out--"The front brakes aren't even close to needing replacement" and "There is a broken bolt in the running board that we took care of for you." All auto repair shops should be as competent, honest, and fair as the Roslyn Car Care Center! Keep up the great work!

I suspected it was him because it was the only place i used the card where i physically handed them my card.I kind of just forgot about it- An hour ago i used my card there again and suddenly a bunch of charges for the Nassau County Bus came through. When I drove thru to order the milk, I was told $6. I explained their sign was $5. I would think for $1 difference they would keep the customer happy. They would not honor their sign and I wound up paying $6. When I was leaving, the man took one sign down. Avoid this place if you don't want to be overcharged. So much for convenience; next time I will run into the supermarket.
