The host serves every table one by one and chats at every stop, so the entire process takes a bit long. You better not be starving going there. We ordered one of their three menus. At every dish you are served, the host explains what the dish is, what it contains and how it was made. The entrées were good, the main (steak) was over cooked. The dessert was quite delicious, just a bit simple for a 130€ dinner. I think the price is a bit steep for the quality of food. To end on a positive note; the interior decoration of the restaurant is very nice and the building where it is located is almost a historic landmark.

We were greeted warmly by the host and staff and quickly presented with a broad array of foods and sauces from the mother country. Host and staff took time to explain each item as well as the sauces that could be used to further enhance the food items. Then I tried the cod and egg plant accras. They were fried to perfection as well. I also had the beef pastel and the fish pastel. When I first saw them they reminded me of mini empanadas, they were very flavorful. I dipped the pastels in a sauce made with tomatoes and onions which added extra flavor. Instead, we were treated to a delicious pair of tagines here, one chicken and preserved lemon, the other, grilled octopus and vegetables. We paired those with our first ever Moroccan red wine! Delicious! Dessert was an unusual take on the standard creme brulee. The custard was infused with pistachio, rendering it a beautiful pale green, hiding under the perfect burnt sugar crust!
