While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. Recently I have received a letter stating that they were releasing me as a patient. I had missed an…read moreappointment several months back and $50 was owed. I do pay my bills and will admit that I did not call to cancel the appointment. Sadly at the time the appointment was scheduled I had transitioned to a new job. I was uninsured for the next 90 days until I could enroll into the new insurance plan offered by my employer. When I recently called to try to schedule an appointment I was told that a cancellation letter was being sent out that day. I apologized for missing the appointment and practically begged to remain a client. I was told that the office manager would have to review the situation. Several business days have passed and there has been no response. Dr Robert's bedside manner was never truly good. In the 7 to 10 minutes that I was able to see him for visits over the last 18 months all that he reiterated over and over was the "Mediterranean" diet and I should be eating better. For my build my target weight is 180 lbs. My average weight is 195-205 lbs. I am not obese. Six months into my visits I had been fed up with the regurgitation of the Mediterranean diet. I then asked him about me previously having pancreatitis which was causes my pancreas not to produce enough insulin for my body. He was shocked and immediately told me to stop taking certain medications that I was on that because it could flare up the risk of pancreatitis again. I'm WTH? Did he ever review any of my medical records? It felt like the total original diagnosis was based solely off of the bloodwork. At that time it should have been a red flag for me but he came highly recommended by my general practitioner. I would like to say that I am disappointed to be forced to move on, but I am not. I apologize to the young ladies at the front desk for the one star. Every single visit they have made it a complete pleasure for me.

It is attached to the hospital and its parking, so it is fairly easy to find and access. Prior to arrival, I received a message that allowed me to check-in from my phone. Once I arrived at the desk, I signed in and provided my ID for verification. I had a 5-10 minute wait until I was called to be seen. Everything was fairly typical - weighing, checking blood pressure, review of medical records, questions, etc. Once that was over, I waited a few minutes for Doctor to come in. Again, a typical experience - she reviewed my record, asked me a few questions, gave her assessment and said to come back again in a year. Overall, an okay visit. I suppose I'll see her in a year.

He explains the plan to me. His staff does the pre visit vital signs. They have many appointment reminders via text, phone call and email. You can have small procedures done in the office such as ultrasounds and biopsies. Labs are not performed in the office. They will send you with orders for that. My prescriptions are always correct. They send them to the correct supplier. Parking is a small lot behind the building. I've never had trouble finding a spot. There is an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. The stairwell will lead you outside- so that's not recommended. My insurance includes his office, so that is another reason why I go there. I would recommend him.

Took my wife for her 1130 appt at 11am she was brought to a room with no A.C and wasnt being seen so i calmly went in office and asked why she hasnt been seen . She was sitting in a hot room for over 45 min before being seen. I told the man at the front desk that this place sucks. Then got a phone call from the manager saying that the guy said i told him to f off but the manager said the word in full to my wife on phone and they didnt want us back again. The doctor didnt care. This place is terrible.
