I'm told to fill it up on the way back for a cheaper charge (not a problem with that) come to find out at the job site, the tank hadn't even been filled from the rental equipment center, mind you the belts couldn't mix 2 bags of material (50lbs) in a 9 cubic mortar mixer... (that's a lot) Ended up needing the P.O.S. longer than the 4 hours requested on the contract due to it's a inability to mix. Costing my job more money, I walk back in a little upset to return the machine. I mentioned that the belts were loose and there was no gas in the tank when I got it. Asked if he could maybe shoot me down from the 9 hours it was out. But no, Andrew Decided to argue with me and tell me today is not the day and that they have mechanics to fix problems out in the field." ( I'm supposed to stop a concrete mix and wait for someone to come attempt to fix a machine ) ? After a few more words were shared, he ended up fixing the problem but all and all this guys attitude sucks. I've been away from my family for 2 weeks doing jobs. I've come to him with 2 projects. He spent an hour on one, trying to weld metal that doesn't normally weld well just to watch it shrivel and fail as he predicted it would. But he spent an hour trying. No project is too small. Or too big. The second project was a hand engineered smoker out of propane tanks. Which is an insanely unique, useful, and super cool gift to give (or have on the patio.) He had other projects going too, like a roll bed thing for someone's truck, repairing trailers and hitches, he was making multiple custom ladders, and a TON of smokers and grills, so it kind of looks like the guy can do it all. And the pricing was super reasonable. There were a few other guys on the property who waved and seemed nice, but they were hard at work too. Lots of parking, easy to find, and I honestly didn't even need to go to the shop other than to pickup. Would way rather support small business and personal talent than a big department store when it comes to getting something made or fixed, and highly recommend this place for anything metal or welding.
