Metal Supermarket on Pleasantdale Rd. They have no idea what customer service is, they act like you're bothering them if you ask questions. When I got there, came in through the warehouse door, two employees sitting on stools, headphones on playing with their phones, doing nothing. Asked a question, very broken English, pointed to the front office. Went to the office, ordered three pcs. of aluminum diamond plate, 1/16", quoted $194.00, high price for what I wanted but went with it, told them I'd wait on the order, she quickly add a "rush" fee of $50 for a total of $244.00, I mentioned the clock riding employees in the warehouse doing nothing, she said "its our policy". So, I thanked them for their time and left. Went less than 2 miles away, got what I needed for $99.91 while I waited. Don't waste your time and money at this Metal Supermarket location. read more

Great prices and fast to fill purchase. Ordered my metal on Thursday at 4:30pm. Got a call Friday morning around 8:30AM, that my metal was cut and ready for pickup. The cuts were so clean, I didn't even know it was cut, since the cuts were covered in clear wrap. That's just how good they are. This is the place I will be going to for all my metal needs. Quality metal, great customer service, and fast response times in quotes and cutting. Side note: make sure you use gps to traffic on the way there, one of few places left in Georgia that have alternate routes to the location. read more
