The doctors are good, as are the nurses and the front desk staff, and the office's administrator is a very kind person. The office is clean. If you never need a referral, you're probably fine here. But... god help you if you ever need a specialist, which we all do with varying degrees of frequency. Not only is the person in charge of referrals as rude as can be, but you can wait weeks upon weeks for a referral to be processed. The specialists whom I've seen concur. I'm presently awaiting approval for a followup appointment with a pulmonologist, whose office staff assures me they've made numerous attempts, via both calls and faxes, to elicit an approval -- or at least a response -- from Metcare of Boca but have been unsuccessful for several weeks. read more

If I could give this office a million stars, I would. From the front desk personnel all the way up to the director (who I was seen by as a sub), this office provides care that is beyond exceptional. They are caring and truly LISTEN. The nurses are sweet and personal, Dr. Suresh is hands down the kindest dr I've seen in south Florida. You are never ever treated as just a number, or just another patient. You are seen as an individual and treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Suresh truly advocates for me and with me.
