He told me to come back with the necessary documents and he would help me solve them. Fast forward, three days later I entered the store and another worker is there named Peter and I explained the situation to him and I'm met with sarcasm and an attitude. It's too early in the morning for attitude so I left without anything being solved. Not everyone is made to work with the public. If you have to come here, do not let Peter help you. From visiting this store once, I spent over 3 days fixing the damages they've done to my t-mobile bill. I would not recommend doing anything at this store. I've been told that the person who rung up my transactions no longer work there and they were aware of her her sales tactics by saying something along the lines of "Oh it must be (Name), she's the one who would do things like this."
