HOWEVER, I believe this little T mobile store in Beech Grove charged my mind ... I had a lot of trouble with my iPhone iCloud password and my service representative SAM went above and beyond to solve the issue. Her level of professionalism and patience is exemplary. This is definitely the store I'll be going to from now on. SAM you are the BEST ... and I had the opportunity to meet JOSH the store manager. JOSh is always thinking three thousand steps ahead to ensure everyone is receiving the best service and attention. He is also an outstanding artist ~ next time your in the store ask to see some of his art and it's always important to support your local artist. Long story short ~ we always feel like our world is over if something happens to our phones ~ and these two save lives everyday in the friendliest manner possible.
