The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

I have honestly never written comments or reviews about customer service or tech support but I had to make an exception in this case. I want to comment on order 63590 on December 8th. Jay Morales was the person who took my case from the beginning and I did not get good service. I got excellent service! He went above and beyond his obligations to help me and resolve my problem with so patience and courtesy. He is truly the definition of excelent customer service and it is people like him that make companies grow.
