He was able to help me work my bill to save money based on what I could bring over. We saved enough that then I could actually get my daughter and have her phone upgraded and save money. We returned later that day and Edward helped us move her stuff over. In all we saved $70 a month now AND both kids have new phones. The crew the whole day was super helpful and just really positive and fun. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was as I had been there three times that one day. I was naive when starting my new business and allowed Servicemark to guide my decision on phone systems. Leasing option was heavy on fees and the support-after-purchase was riddled with charges for even basic questions or assistance. Overall, the system will have cost me over $15, 000 (when you add in the required T1 line and lease/purchase fees) and despite that high cost, I am changing phone systems 1 1/2 years later to a better and much less expensive option. My recommendation (to avoid looking like a spokesperson for competitors) is to look around and research diligently (a good life lesson), but especially when it comes to installing a business phone system.

Once he saw that I was no longer using T-Mobile, he VERY rudely told me to wait until someone had time for me. My account was up on his screen, I had all the equipment ready to hand over. He wouldn't do take it. I'm still waiting even though there are 4 available associates, clearly ignoring me. This is not a comment on T-Mobile - just Tod.

This store is great!…read more I have been to several T-Mobile stores around the country. None better than this one. I went on a Thursday evening about 5 pm. It was packed. I thought I would be there forever to get my cracked screen protector replaced. Nope. They got me on the list, I had a seat and enjoyed a conversation with another customer for a few minutes. Then I was called to be helped while the employee was also working with someone else. He replaced my screen protector quickly, asked me if I had any other issues or questions and then sent me on my way. He was great at multitasking! When I pulled up and saw the jam packed store and full parking lot, I thought I'd be there an hour or more. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were supper efficient, helpful and polite. Thanks!

I went to this location and spoke to a young guy who grew up in CA. (I forgot his name) He offered me a 55 plus plan that would include Internet Air for 99 per month. What he neglected to tell me was that it would cause me to lose our equipment credit. (So rather than continuing with "free" devices that we got at the time we upgraded, we would lose that benefit and pay 1800 in equipment fees) Pathetic.
