They are using Australian beans that are quite good and this is definitely the best latte in town. They also have outdoor seating with comfortable chairs and spotless bathrooms. I have gone with a few people many times and our favorites are: the Spanish latte, Mexican Chai, Chai Latte, and Mocha Latte. The Spanish latte is especially good, and the Chai latte is the best I have had in my life it's so well made. The Mexican Chai I can only describe as a cinnamon heaven with the best Chai base flavor ever. The Mocha latte is heavy in the best way possible, it's super strong and I love it. The best part I think for all the drinks is the baristas do not hold back on the coffee, and you always get your moneys worth. None of it is water down, and it's such a great pick me up. I can't really speak on the Matcha cause no one in my group has tried it since we aren't really big Matcha enjoyers. But I have been told that the strawberry Matcha is transcendent and absolutely fantastic. They have a bunch of Matcha flavor options as well, which would be amazing if I was a Matcha connoisseur, but unfortunately, I'm not . So I can't really speak well on that yet, but have only told fantastic things about it. The workers are all kind and work really fast so you get your drinks really quickly even though the line is pretty long. I will say the best time to go and get drinks is around in the morning when they open around 7:30 on the weekends. Again I have to restate wait is always 100% worth it for the amazing quality drinks you will get. I also forgot to mention the fact, you can customize your drinks to have different types of milk and they also have a bunch of other vegan food options as well. I think this is amazing even though my group doesn't really get those options, because I've been told even when people change out the milk, it taste the exact same, which I think is absolutely incredible. Made with coconut, macadamia syrup, and oat milk by default, it had a perfectly balanced, tropical flavor--great for vegans or the lactose intolerant. However, it's not the best spot for working or studying. The WiFi was so slow that I had to use my personal hotspot, and the seating consists of benches and mini tables that aren't comfortable for long periods. There are a few outlets, but you have to cross the street to a food court to use the bathroom. They have a shared parking lot out front. I'll definitely be back for the Island Matcha, but not to get work done!

Seating is limited, but they have seating both indoors and outdoors. There are five tables indoors. Two are small tables for two. There are four small tables for two outdoors. I chose to sit outside. It's a little stuffy inside, and when at full capacity, it gets crowded. I ordered and paid before sitting outside. They only have one laminated food menu and one laminated drink menu to order from. I ordered the avocado toast and a 12 ounce latte with almond milk. In terms of types of milk, they offer almond, oat, soy, and whole milk. Staff are friendly, but they need more staff. Unfortunately, there was only one person taking orders and making drinks in the front. I believe someone was in the back cooking the food. When I got here, there were only two parties ahead of me. After I placed my order, there was a large group of people who arrived, but they received their drinks before I did. I had to go back inside to ask where my drink was twice. He delivered my latte. No design. If you squinted a little, it could possibly look like an embryo. Afterwards, my avocado toast was delivered, along with a wooden container full of utensils and napkins.
