Terrible experience dealing with Valerie. Wasted almost a month waiting for kitchen designs and…read morere-measurements to be done. She was "overwhelmed" by basic customer questions. If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Never did I ever, think that the design person could not read architectural plans, and would design a kitchen than took away half of dining room. I not only paid for cabinets that did not fit, but had to pay to fix it so I could access my refrigerator, oven and have enough room for small dining room table, not the 6 person dining room I originally specified. there's more, but 10k-15k + in the hole due to poor design , buyer beware.
