She asked if I would like to come in the day before my scheduled appt. so I said sure. When I got to my appt. I was told by the office staff my appt. should not have been changed and someone made a mistake. If they saw me that day they would not get payed by the VA. I told them I lost a day of work to come see them and had an hour round trip travel expenses. I was made to feel my expenses were not as important as them not getting paid. She did ultra sound on my feet and it's like she was tying to do a bad job. She didn't clean off with alcohol. I asked if she was going to and she rudely responded, "well I CAN." I've had this done multiple times previous and it wasn't even a question to use alcohol to clean off the goo. She acted like it was a huge burden to do something that is normal. And she stayed on one spot on my feet too long and kept burning me. I asked her to make bigger circles and told her it was too hot but it's like she was trying to hurt me on purpose! Then I asked her to go out and get my mom from the waiting room because she had just come in. she asked her name. I had to repeat moms name five times! It's not even a hard name. I said no worries I'll go get her myself. Then she ran out there in front of me (because I can hardly walk, hence being at a podiatrist) just trying to be a bitch and purposely said my moms name wrong. She's awful. I would give this place five stars if Tina didn't work there. The front desk receptionists are kind and my doctor is great! Just go to the other office in Creve Coeur.
