Inside the warm, freshly baked bread was shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, kebab, and a white garlicky sauce. The meat tasted of very good quality, and the bread was perfectly chewy. Big platters so that was a surprise since usually in Europe most places have tinny portions. I liked everything, form the pita bread to meat, salad and rice. Both of the brothers that own the restaurant are helpful and will be able to speak to you in French or Turkish. It took a while for me to enjoy the place, but after tasting many of these gyro-style establishments, this has become one of my favorites. Be sure to try the samuri sauce! Oh, and there is nothing spicy here, so you may need to bring your own hot sauce if you are not French.
