He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. Unfortunately that is where things went south. I got a call at 1:00 indicating they would be closer to the end of the window, around 2:30/3:00, which was fine and still within the window. I then got another call at 3:00 stating the truck was in the area and would be just a bit late, around 3:45/4:00, which wasn't terrible but not great as we had been waiting since we did not live at the location and had been waiting since 1:30. At 4:15 I still hadn't seen anyone so I called for an update at which time I was told I would hear from the driver in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was 45 minutes or more away. Needless to say, this was well beyond reasonable and we cancelled the service. I had very high hopes of these folks as I had heard good things but this was not a good experience at all. We have since gone with another service. The only positive comment I can make is at least they tried to communicate regularly.
