The IGA has the greatest selection of cheeses and pates I ever seen (great variety of local stuff and many imported from France), excellent selection of wines and beers (make sure to try local beers, they are very good) and the prices for everything (maybe excluding fruits) are better than in Toronto. So if travelling to Beaupre, don't waste your time trying local restaurants and head straight to IGA, you won't regret!
