I'm curious as to why it's called "Copy This, Ship That!" and not "Suggest This, Maybe Ship That!" Ugh Still waiting days for the refund on the one package they accepted. Avoid this "poor customer service" location at all costs!!! All the other locations in the valley are courteous & professional! Go there!! Update: Amazon never received my return. This store actually cancelled it, right after I left. However, when I contacted Amazon, they said that they show on their end the tracking, stating that my merchandise is still in their possession!! Who does that!?! Amazon stated that I was not the first one this has happened too... they actually get alot of complaints about this particular UPS location.
