The Diavola Pizza is made with San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Hot Soppressata Salame from Calabria and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese along with a drizzle of Olive Oil. This is a pizza that's more heavenly than devilish. There's some heat coming from various ingredients but it's welcomed. The sourdough is something that's interesting, I had this dough in Syosset last week. Is this a new trend?
