Think of a beef stroganoff without mustard and pickles, in a small delicate yufka (the namesake thin lavash bread) with their signature purple beet sauce, fries and pickles, formed into a wrap. Their wrap sizes are half of what you're used to in Turkey, so plan to have 2!!! The vegetarian and cheese options are delicious too, and they have other nice kebab options and especially döner during weekday lunch hours. Service is considerate and quick, comfortable surrounding, not really a table service place, more set up as a fast food joint. I also like the çöp şiş yufka which has the more expected grilled meat flavor.
