First off, they were late. Whether it was AAA or the tow company's fault, they showed up later than I was told. It was what happened after arrival that changed this into a 5 star review. Once he arrived, the driver Faisal got right to work. This was no easy tow. It involved a 30 ft 8100 lb Airstream trailer with a missing wheel and a 6000 lb F250. Faisal worked his butt off in the hot sun getting this combination safely loaded on a huge 18 wheeler with flatbed trailer. The Airstreams low ground clearance presented some special problems Faisal was able to work around and ensure there was no damage to the RVs. We were safely transported to my destination 90 miles away, quickly unloaded and I was able to get my rig in for repairs with no problems. In all the decades I have been driving I have never needed a tow before. But should I need one again, I would be happy to have this company show up. read more

These guys saved my life! My U Haul was totaled during my move. The truck was towed out of a ditch, taken to a storage facility and unloaded and reloaded into a new truck and then delivered back to me. Alex helped me when I was in Mountain House and needed a tow to Brentwood. They were quick, took about 20-25 mins from the time I requested roadside assistance for him to arrive. realized tire was flat @11:15pm after work. Claim was setup through insurance company. Said 20 minutes turned into 1 hour and half. Driver was rude... didn't want to help or give directions to locate the tool needed to remove tire. Just wanted to tow it. Once I located the tool. He changed the tire , asked me to sign and throw the tools on the floor of the truck. Throw the tire in my truck bed. Didn't advise what was wrong, no customer service skills. He was arguing with a man he called dad. When I asked why he throw my tools he responded it's not my job. If a man was there he wouldn't have been acting in that manner. I commute a lot for work everyday and usually don't get back to Tracy until after dark. Unfortunately for me 2 nights ago, I ran over something that punctured my tire and it went flat almost immediately. I called GEICO and it took a while for them to find a provider since it is a new construction area and they had trouble finding my location. Dispatched through my roadside service, the Eta was over 30min. Within 15 min I received text with an eta of 10 min. Tow truck driver, Musa, called in less than that for proper instructions into my complex. As confusing as it can be to enter the residential side, he navigated through easily and by the time I met him around the back side parking , he already began to open my locked car. I thought I locked my keys in the trunk, however there was no way to open the trunk without having a key. Musa went the extra mile to help me find my single key by going through the back seat of car to look into trunk.
