Not knowing what I was looking at/for, I took a flashlight out to the pump and wiggled the first wire I saw. Shazam, the pump started right up! I was afraid a larger problem would grow from this so I called Anderson at 2:00 AM and left a message. At 2:00 that afternoon they rolled up into the yard. After a thorough going-over they determined that the problem was a switch that wasn't making constant contact (apparently my jiggling of that wire had restored it). They installed a new switch and within 15 minutes things were as good as new! I highly recommend these guys for any and all well/pump problems you may encounter.

So I did what any rational person would do and looked for an independent business owner local to me who could install the equipment I wanted but also service it continually. Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. Chris is really a straightforward and down to earth guy who uses industry standard gear all the way up to complete overkill and doesn't try to upsell at all. He specifically quoted us on a right-sized system and was happy to accommodate my specifications and equipment. All installed in a day and exactly how I envisaged.

Oconee Well drilled my well in 2012 and I have had to request service twice since…read more The 1st call was the result of me damaging the insulation of the power supply which resulted in creating an intermittent open phase error. Neal, Chris and the crew came out the next morning and we discussed the possibilities of where it could be, during which I told them of a repair I made due to ants. Found the damage right there and corrected it. The 2nd call was yesterday evening, where our pressure had started dropping and now the pump would not climb above 40 psi or shut down. Neil came out this morning and we figured the issue was at the pump. Chris and Tyler came out at noon prepared to replace the pump. They pulled the line -and were not sure that the pump was the -looking at the water level dropping in the pipe as the sections were removed...They started looking for cracks in the line...And then they found the issue--The old brass check valve above the pump had been corroding over the years and had begun to leak to leak through the wall. Five pin holes had developed and the pump could no longer keep up. Instead of replacing the pump and all the piping and wiring, they replaced just the check valve with a stainless steel valve saving several thousand dollars. Less than 24 hours after I called, they came out, assessed and identified the issue, and had the water back on! Thanks Tom, Neil, Chris, Tyler, and the young man who helped...Did not catch his name...I very much appreciate the very quick response and the apparent expertise that the crew demonstrated in this and all activities going back to the installation of the well in 2012.
