Mid February 2024, I went to ER via ambulance following a MVA. Had many x-rays and continued iv's from EMT's started. Had good experience from nurses, staff, Dr, who were all respectful, friendly and clear with instructions. My room was clean and I felt safe whilst in a lot of pain. Thankfully, nothing broken, but a torn rotator cuff (surgery later to repair). My visit was around 3-4 hours. Rarely do I go to ER. This is good with easy location and access to freeway. read more

The only reason I come into this location is for the pharmacy. I will let you know they are quick. The pharmacy tech that helped me was very friendly. She asked me if I had any question's. Which of course I did not. But it was nice to have the opportunity to ask them if I did. The ease of getting in and out of the building is very helpful. The pharmacy is located right near the main entrance. I will continue to use this pharmacy for all my rx needs. read more

I went to the emergency room here on 07/18/2025 with swollen tonsils lower back pain stomach pain headache. Beyond the worst experience I've ever had going to any emergency room all they did was touch me and they looked at my throat and seen that my tonsils was inflamed and swollen after they noticed that they just said you might have strep and they left the room 30 minutes later I got discharge papers no antibiotics for my tonsils nothing at all nothing from the doctors about what could potentially be going wrong my urine test came back before I left and it said that there was traces of blood & bilirubin in my urine don't know what any of that mean because they felt it was not important enough to look at this hospital do not care for their patients they only care for their money read more

Went to metro health parma emergency room horrible experience I was thier for 6 hours and I sill wasn't seen it was 3 black people in the waiting room they called every one accept for us I eventually got tired of waiting and ask the nurse she couldn't tell me why she didn't give a dame all the vending machine was broke so you get a snack or anything while you wait cold tired and hurting I left disgusting staff one nurse doing check ins line wrapped around the wall when I got ready to leave if you have to go to a emergency please don't go here they don't give a dame especially during the evening read more

They DO NOT care about you and they are incompetent idiots who are too concerned with "more important" things than your or your loved ones health.. Went to the pharmacy. They had signed me up prior for text message notification when my prescription was ready. I did not have to wait long in line. The staff was friendly. Due to covid, you enter in one door and exit out a different door. read more

Went to the emergency room with a friend and I don't even know if they communicate with each other. Sat for two hours before they even came to take blood. Nurse was rude when asked if it was busy he responded with "well it is an emergency room ". I'm sorry you're right and I thought you were a professional!!!! This system practices insurance fraud. We were charged for a hospital service and no service was provided. My daughter saw a provider at this location - no blood draw, no "procedure" was performed - yet we (and my insurance) were charged a hospital service fee of almost $500. I have called the billing department as well as the Patient Advocate line --- no one helped or returned my calls. Do not go to this hospital they will bill you for things that didn't happen and will mess up your bill. read more
