Parking to take Amtrak? Park anywhere else! Or better yet, get the train at 128 Station. Why? - If you arrive anytime between 10am and 4pm, chances are it is full and they won't let you in. If you're rushing to catch a train, you will miss it. It's happened to me many times! Go to 128 station is never full. - Security is awful. Nonexistent. No cameras at the stairwells, elevators, entrances or exits. No patrols. I've had damage done to my car, but there is no security anywhere. Literally park at your own risk. Cameras everywhere at 128 station. Very safe. - The cashier late at night clocks out early! It is supposed to be open until 1:30am (or 30min after last train, which arrives at 1:10am). I missed my train and flew into TF Green instead, landing at 12:50 and getting to the garage at 1:29am. Locked up tight. No one around. All gates closed. When I got my car the next day, the cashier said the late night cashier clocked out at 1:25am! Thats 15 minutes early. The parking at 128 Station is open 24hrs. All in all, not trustworthy. Parked my car here overnight, while taking the train to NYC. Came back and my passenger-side mirror had been knocked off the car! They say they will take no responsibility for this, and wouldn't even refund the $36 I payed to park. Better off in ANY other garage. read more
