Not an easy dilemma. Did a bit of searching and I found Metropolitan. Since I found them online and didn't know them from a hole in the wall, I was a bit skeptical. But they took the order and payment on the phone and delivered in 15 mins! Amazing, amazing business, very nice people. Trustworthy too. Highest recommendation.

I have shopped in this pharmacy but mostly in Munich and they are not like this. Frankfurt staff is absolutely sub-standard. Also, I have a fidelity card which they never ask for and never give any discount. Furthermore, as overseas customer, I am entitled to tax reduction, but they never mention it unless you ask for it. This time around, they claimed that they did not have time to provide me with the tax return. When. I insisted they said OK but 'forgot' to bring the form to the gate together with the medicine.
