I bought all the greenery for my wedding here. I didn't want to use flowers, so I opted for ferns and other greenery. I did my research of what I wanted and they were really helpful as to what would survive longer, how to arrange it and what to substitute. They ordered everything I needed and it was all ready for pick up 2 days before the wedding. Because of the hurricane season (September wedding) several things did not make it here from Florida on time, they helped me substitute and did not charge me a difference (I ended up getting a better deal than before). Also a great place for potted plans and vases.

I was searching for someone to provide bouquets and centerpieces for my October wedding. I wanted them to be beautiful, but reasonably priced. I found that and more at Metropolitan. I was THRILLED with how down to earth and easy it was to plan with their wedding specialist, Rina. She completely captured my vision and made me absolutely beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. I was the happiest bride. I cannot stress enough how GLAD I am that I ordered my flowers from here. Not only were their prices a lot cheaper than other florists and greenhouses that I checked out, but Rina was so easy to talk to and made me feel understood and at ease.

It was my grandmother's birthday and I knew she was fond of the foliage. She currently houses (on her porch) 80 different species of plants and when it comes to her, there is no such thing as too much. So I decided to look up a nearby connect for the green on Yelp. And to my pleasure I discovered this establishment. I pulled up there with my grandmother and family and this place felt welcoming. With its beautiful assortment of flowers plants, and small trees, it was the total opposite of a little shop horrors. It was a warm shop of heaven. I told my 83 going on 34 year old grandmother to pick any plant or plants that come to her eye. She eventually selected two beautiful pieces of greenery. It's was like if God planted them himself. The staff was helpful and also advised us on the watering schedule. I enjoyed my brief time there and their variety made my thumbs feel a little green. I will come back once I'm ready to plant my seeds and raise little green ones. ;)

One of about 10 arrangements I was able to make for the same price as a large arrangement at most flower shops

I am never going anywhere else for flowers. I needed to make a bunch of arrangements for a party and basically was able to get enough flowers for an entire event space for the the same price as a large bouquet at any other flower shop in the area. William helped me out and he was super nice and helpful. Flowers were so fresh. I will definitely be returning!

I found some cute home decor and seasonal items for the winter holidays and lunar new year. I also like the furniture pieces and lighting that are featured towards the front of the store. We've been browsing around to see what would look like a good purchase for our place. Homesense had nice pieces that you can touch/sit on. So even if we do not end up not buying from there, what they have on the floor was/is a good source of design inspiration.

The emphasis here is on made in India and China furniture and furnishings -- with a decent selection of kitchenware and gadgets. No clothes, jewelry, shoes or fancy foodstuffs in this iteration of the ever evolving chain of stores owned by TJX. Homesense improves on the chaotic and frenetic merchandising practices of its relatives. In other words -- you will find the aisles logically organized with more limited and better curated selections. If you are looking for that odd off price piece -- like a sofa, chair, table, love seat, carpet or new china, this place is worth a look. As with all the other TJX retail stores, you are buying "off the floor" which means that the stuff has been sat in, handled, returned, jostled about, dinged, etc. -- so inspect carefully before buying -- especially with the higher priced furniture and carpets. Top Tip: Shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's -- which means PACKED on Saturdays. Best shopping experience is early or late -- midweek.

The concept is interesting (products from around the world) which is exactly what the name suggests. They sell a mix of food items like snacks, pasta, sauces, and other specialty products, along with home goods, furniture, rugs, and decor. It's not a huge store, so the selection feels more like a broad sampling across many categories rather than a deep selection in any one department. Pricing was the biggest drawback for me. Many items that you'd normally find at a regular grocery or home goods store were priced two to three times higher here. I'd really only recommend buying something if it's truly unique and not easy to find elsewhere. That said, I did notice some holiday items on clearance priced as much as 90% off, which is definitely worth keeping an eye out for -- you might score a great deal if you catch the right clearance section. It's a fun place to browse and see some interesting items, but it ended up being about a ten-minute visit for me.

I found some of my favorite products like British Maltesers, the pocky, Korean chips and Cocacola sodas from Asia. They also had so many other food products like popcorns, bake goods, maple syrups, tea, coffee, almost same as a grocery store. They also have a huge furniture, home goods, and Christmas products (ornaments, cookies, pies, decors) sections. All items are very organized. Though prices are a but higher since all are exported goods. We spent a long time strolling around the store. All the associates were very friendly, helping out customers with products and at the checkout.

They have beddings, quilts, towels, home furnishings, kitchenware, couches, and so much more. There's a sale section on the second floor as well. The store is so nicely organized, bright and clean. There are checkout counters on both floors. Multiple associates are available around the store helping out customers with questions and trying out products. This was my first time visiting the store. I was looking for a particular comforter in the store but it wasn't available. Checking around the whole space, I felt the store had smaller collection than the website. Nevertheless I had a good time walking around the store and getting a feel of different products. Since it's Pottery Barn, everything was very pricey as expected.

I ordered the Carmel Upholstered Bed, Tall Headboard, King in stores. With the White Glove delivery fee and tax it ended up costing just over $2200. I received it poorly built with corners misaligned and so much empty space and no wood on the base. When my tempur-pedic mattress went on top of it there were horrible gaps on rach side of the frame full of exposed wood and air space. The holes in the corners were large enough to sit my hand and foot in. I went back in stores to request a return and refund. First off customer service is horrible because they just try to gaslight you by attempting to blame it on the mattress probably being the wrong dimensions. A case was opened up and over the next few weeks I was on the phone with PB. I also was told to send in pictures and videos with dimensions. I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant. But my husband and I hunkered down and took all the requested photos and videos and I emailed them in via google drive. I wouldn't go through all these measures unless I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. I wanted the bed picked up on top of a refund because it is a sight for sore eyes. The build/quality is worse than if I had bought a bed frame off of Amazon or Ikea and built it myself. It definitely was not a $2200 bed frame. It is a regret purchase and even if I was offered it for 50% off I wouldn't take it. After wasting all my time, PB emailed back initially stating they would request refund, THEN emailed back a week later denying my refund and suggesting I call the San Francisco office. Kathryn who I was corresponding with didn't even bother to provide it in the email, and instead said I could search it up online, AKA google it. All this to say the customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't care about customer satisfaction and they were rude about it, simply gaslighting you trying to tell you "this is how it is". I am attaching photos of everything and warning people to not spend your precious money on horribly built furniture from here. You are taking a risk and if you end up hating it you will have wasted money and will end up stuck with the furniture. I am now stuck with the ugliest and lowest quality bed that I wasted $2200 on AND I wasted weeks of my time! What is truly the point of a customer service department if not to resolve customer concerns?
