Nun bin ich die dritte Generation Fritz Gempeler. Bis auf das Schlachten wird noch praktisch alles von uns so gemacht wie früher, Alt bewährtes erhalten und neues Gestalten. Die Kombination macht aus....

Meet the Business Owner: Fritz G.

Nach der Ausbildung zum Metzger A verbrachte ich nach der RS, Küchenchefschule und Abverdienens fünf Jahre in Davos. Dort arbeitete ich als Snowboardmonteur einen WInter bevor ich eine weitere Ausbildung zum Bankmetzger bei der Firma Bell machte. 1997 heiratete ich meine Frau und gründete eine Familie. 1999 kehrten wir zurück nach Adelboden wo ich im elterlichen Betrieb einstieg und diesen mit meiner Frau 2008 übernahm.

Tucked between a rail yard and a junk yard the property looks like an abandoned vehicle lot/parking lot with an abandoned building in the back...that my friends is the promised land!
