The Lyonnaise taco is not like what you get in America or Latin countries. It's more like a California burrito or wrap with a bunch of different sauces. Pick your meat - I got kebab meat Pick your sauce - I got samurai sauce Then take a bite! It has French fries, lettuce and tomatoes in it, so it tries to be healthy. Big platters so that was a surprise since usually in Europe most places have tinny portions. I liked everything, form the pita bread to meat, salad and rice. I came at 8pm, and the place is jam packed! I ordered a something that looked like a burrito with veal and a white sauce. I waited for it, since everything is made to order. So I watched the type of clientele that was patronizing the place, since that is usually how I judge a place. There were families, couples, single parents, teenagers, university students, etc. It was a nice group of different people. There were also UBEReats people with large orders. I waited about 30 minutes for my galette. I didn't think much, but WOW I was pleasantly surprised. The veal was moist and shaved thin so it got nicely browned and crispy edges. The sauce was pleasant. It was called "sauce blanche Algérienne." I would recommend that you give it a try. I get that the locals may not like it since many people say that the food in the Lyon area is the best in France. But that doesn't mean much to me since I think French food is bland.

Inside the warm, freshly baked bread was shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, kebab, and a white garlicky sauce. The meat tasted of very good quality, and the bread was perfectly chewy. For the price, I couldn't have asked for a better kebab meal. Uskudar a du pain frais et de la viande de haute qualité. Le sandwich au kebab a été un mélange de la viande onctueuse et chaude, des légumes frais, de la sauce blanche, et du pain qui sortait du four. De plus, la personnel était chaleureuse et accueillante. Elle semblait comme une famille qui faisait un resto familial, mais ben je ne suis pas sûre. En tout cas, je vous recommande leur kebab si jamais vous ête dans la Guillotière !
