I ordered the appetizer sampler with avocado fries, cheese quesadillas, beef taquitos, chicken chimichangas, and beef nachos. I LOVED the avocado fries with the chipotle sauce. SO GOOD! I will be ordering those again in the future. The taquito and chimichangas were also tasty. The quesadilla was put on top of the nachos, making them soggy and messy. I would ask for that on the side if I ordered this again. And the nachos had too little cheese and too much beef for me. My dining partner ordered the chori-papa tacos, one of my favorites (I sub pinto beans for black beans). They were delicious as usual. We also had sopapillas for dessert. This place is beyond horrible, terrible service and rude waiters. They charge an extreme amount of gratuity and it isn't affordable for even two people to eat there. Food had to be sent back multiple times and even when it came back it was wrong and when you ask for corrections, the waiter will get nasty and catch an attitude. I was pleasantly surprised and consequently very happy with the restaurant's decore, quality and tasty food, and very attentive service. The drinks were very strong but the tasted good. My husband and I just got yelled at a lot by the woman on the phone (3:30pm 2/27/24) for literally trying to make their mistake correction easier. With grace and understanding for a possible language barrier (my husband speaks Spanish well though and she spoke fluent English) we tried calmly explaining over and over what the issue was and how simple of a solution it was to fix. This woman screamed at us over and over at every turn. Told us in scream voice to call the delivery place to make another order and pay for it again. All ridiculousness aside .. when is it to the point that you are screaming at your paying customers? Why do you think it is okay to talk to anyone this way? My step dad got lunch come 8 I believe. It came with a enchilada and a burrito both chicken topped with a mole sauce severed with a small salad. My dad had a beef enchilada instead of chicken and the same thing happened to me with my tacos. We didn't really mind and finished our plates happily. The cost was less than $15 for two people with drinks. I am glad we went for taco Tuesday ( $1 Chicken or beef hard or soft tacos). The overall experience was great! Food was fast and food was fresh. We entered this restaurant after having a terrible experience at a neighboring business on the 8th of November. The employees here were a breath of FRESH air! There were seven of us. We each walked in with boxes of cupcakes because we were supposed to have a a cupcake contest and judge local bakeries. Most restaurants don't allow you to bring outside food, but they welcomed us without hesitation. Our server was patient and had a great sense of humor. We had chips with salsa and queso. I don't think I've had queso that tasted so good. All of our orders were correct and they gave us huge portions. I ordered the nachos and don't even think I was able to eat half of them.
