I would not recommend the Karp Law Firm in Florida. They represented me in a probate case after my…read morefather's passing, and the experience was very disappointing. The firm made several mistakes during the process, which ultimately cost me both time and money. What was most upsetting, however, was the way I was treated when I asked questions or tried to understand what was going on. Instead of showing professionalism or empathy, the staff often spoke to me as if I were a nuisance and often left my questions unanswered. At one point, they even told me they are a "high-volume office" and that mistakes happen, which did not inspire confidence. On another occasion, I politely inquired about another matter, and they became so defensive that I was sent a letter stating I could find another lawyer and telling me I was being difficult. I simply asked a question, just to be sure another mistake hadn't been made. I declined only because it would have taken so much more time to find a new lawyer and get through the probate process. Losing a parent is hard enough without having to deal with insensitive and dismissive attorneys. I found them to be rude, unhelpful, and lacking in compassion. Based on my experience, I would not trust them to handle an important or emotionally sensitive matter like probate again.

First the legal assistant in my case resigned from the law office and I emailed her so many times and no response from her. I had no clue she was no longer working there until someone else told me. I had to visit the office while I was on vacation to find out what happened and how come no one had contacted me personal. I just wanted to confirm that they received my documents. They finally assigned a legal assistant in my case. The legal assistant email me letting me know that she have no documents from me, then I email the manager office to please provide the documents that I emailed her on July. Finally the legal assistant received them. Then I called the office and requested to talk to Allison since she email me with some questions. The call was transferred to her desk and when she answered somehow I couldn't hear her clear. I said I can't hear you clear it sound like to have me in speaker phone because I can hear someone talking to her at the same time. That was so unprofessional. I felt offended by because she didn't even let me aware or ask me if it was ok to put my call on speakerphone there was no privacy. The truth is that I was so unhappy and I felt so uncomfortable the way she provided customers service. I did respond to her email and CC the attorney in charge of my case and the office manager but no one had responded or even call me about this.
