He said, bring it in and we will get it done in between jobs and it would take 3 days. We are on the 12th day now and my car wasn't even started. I called multiple times and Nick continued to tell me they are going to be working on it. I was told it would be done on 4/20 and at 4 PM I called and he said, oh my guy is working on it right now and will be working on it into the night. Funny thing is I drove into Pottstown through Stowe and found my car at another detailing shop that I wasn't told my car was going to or authorized to move it to. I confronted Nick on 4/21 and he flat out lied to me last night and continue to say he was doing all he could to help me out. Lying and being deceitful about what is going on isn't helping me. Be up front and honest with your customers if you want them back. I would not recommend this business to anyone for detailing work.

He actually told me he "had to break my ABS sensors to put the clutch in"! GTFOH. I sued him in court and won. Of course, a YEAR LATER, I still have not gotten a penny from him. It at least is against him as a collection/lean so hopefully no one will give him credit for a loan until it's paid. I should have known when he kept asking to be paid in cash. Thankfully I was smarter than that and paid by credit card most of it. I was able to get back the $1700 I put on my credit card. I got a message from someone this week that he did $6-7k in damage to their car too and is refusing to fix it! I'm not the only review with the same problem either. But with work schedules its becoming harder to find the time to work on my own vehicles. I needed tires, oil change, alignment, and valve stems replaced. I made an appointment via email because I was not able to call and they were great and accommodating. I brought my own tires and other parts and they swapped everything for me, completed and alignment and oil change. I was half afraid to receive a call from them saying my car was finished and the price would be.... The price was very reasonable. The work was fantastic and the people were respectful and actually happy to see us. I will be going back to complete and inspection on my vehicle and the wife's car is next. Thank you Retro Auto Works for being close, dependable, and accommodating.
