So we started using another CPA. I just received a tax bill in the mail from the IRS yesterday from 2018. I called Ken's office yesterday and left a message. Called again today and spoke with a woman there, I explained my situation and she asked me to email her the letter. I did so and Ken called me back a little while later. He says he has looked over the letter and says "Chris, it was 5 years ago, I don't have your files anymore, maybe our software was outdated and there is nothing that I can do or even know what to say to you about it!" Not even an apology of how they screwed up! So now I out about $9,000 that I didn't have to be if he and his team knew what they were doing!
