The storage facility is in a great location and is surrounded by fence and electronic gate to help keep all your things safe. They have cameras on the premise and security seems good. There are all different kinds of storage sizes and they even have some climate controlled units if needed. Prices seem to be very good and you can set up auto payments if you wish. They also have an automated kiosk in the front you can stop to make payments as well. The staff are very helpful and extremely nice people. I have always been happy with my experiences with the staff and the facility! Bottom line is there is no better place in Enid to store your valuables. If you have storage needs this is hands down the place to go.

The Storage Center lists their origin as "Established in 2021", which is true to the sale of the facility. Originally this establishment was locally owned and operated as Shepherd Self Storage. I never had any issue with Shepherd Self Storage. Since The Storage Center took over operation of the facility service has declined and the cost of my unit has gone from $70/month to $132/month. My unit has been broken into twice since 2021. The lanes between the buildings are narrow and frequently blocked by other tenants accessing their units. There are lots of other places out there and I wouldn't recommend The Storage Center.

Convenient if you live there. The smart locks were nice, but the text messages sent out every once…read morein a while made it seem like the code had changed. They have a very strict policy about returning the lock in a certain box by the gate when you move out. Unfortunately I don't live in the area. I live in Texas and rented it as a favor for a family member who didn't have enough money to put her dad's personal property in storage while she was administering his estate. He had just died the week before, and they were trying to get his stuff out of the apartment before the end of the month so they would not have to pay an extra month of his rent. When the storage was finally removed and my family member had locked the unit back up using the smart lock, I got an automated text notification from the company that the lock code had changed. So when my niece went back to clean out the unit and return the lock, she could not get it open. I contacted the management for the storage business, but they would not remove the lock for me unless I got a signed affidavit, giving them permission. In the meantime I had to pay an extra month's rent, with late fees, despite the many emails that went back and forth between me and management while I tried to get this figured out from 12 hours away. It just felt like poor customer service during a tough time - and the technology part of this needs to be more clear with the text communications.
